Is White Trash Model Wendy Ramage BUYING Property Downtown?

The DJT is not in the business of running down every rumor that appears in the comments section of the DJT.  However, we recently noticed several comments that, quite frankly, scare the hell out of us.  Those comments stated that white trash model Wendy Ramage "and a relative" were planning to purchase property downtown.  We presume this would be to reopen another Wendy's Whorehouse Playhouse, similar to the one the DJT succeeded in shutting down last month.

Imagine how bad that would be.  Crotch rocket model Wendy Ramage and her white trash friends owning property downtown.  It is a very real possibility.  In dealing with white trash, DJT has learned the following:  (1) white trash takes great pride in being white trash; (2) if they think they are not wanted somewhere, they will show their asses and make sure to be seen for no purpose other than to annoy people that are not white trash; and (3) all white trash has that one relative that worked long enough on the rig to get a check each month and co-sign loans for his white trash relatives.

Therefore, this is one threat the DJT takes seriously, as should every developer, property owner and resident of downtown.  If we do not put a stop to this now, get ready to see this every single day in our neighborhood (WARNING: Heavy photoshopping by Crotch Rocket Magazine and flag desecration, viewer discretion advised):

Digital Flash Mob Tries to Shut Down DJT--Gets Beat Down

Well it was only a matter of time, although we expected more of a professional effort.

This afternoon, DJT began receiving post-after-post (within seconds of each other) in support of convicted killer Sean King, owner of the Locker Room and the illegal Skybox bar.  These posts included false statements about DJT, as well as "puff posts" about the Locker Room and Skybox.  These posts were purportedly from "disinterested" people. 

Semi-intelligent thugs like those that posted here have a familiar modus operandi when lying.  They make up a BS story (the thesis) and then add specific details that they believe corroborate the story and make it sound believeable.  Unfortunately, the more details the morons add to corroborate the story, the more likely it is that an investigation of those details will prove the story false.  That's what happened in this case.

After we verified that these were impersonations, we did a little cybersleuthing and mapping.  Low and behold it was a coordinated attack by Locker Room thug bar supporters.  DJT quickly dispensed with the offending comments.

Guys, if you're gonna do a drive-by, learn how to shoot first.

Dr. Raju, Walter and Henry Michel and Locker Room owner and convicted killer Sean King invite everyone to a "high" rise good time on the roof of the Millsaps Building.

Trash is Not a Race

Our focus at DJT is on the degenerates, thugs, reprobates and lowlife trash who have invaded downtown and threaten to destroy the good works of others.  Of course, this has brought about the predictable false claims of racism from certain people.

Those screaming the loudest about racism appear to be supporters of convicted killer Sean King, who owns the Locker Room.  DJT does not care that the murderous Mr. King is an African American.  It does cause DJT concern, however, that Mr. King's supporters cry racism when that obviously is not the case.

One must wonder if Mr. King's supporters can read and/or count.  DJT has reported on both black and white trash businesses that threaten our community.  In fact, there is one white business that got skewered in the comments section to a much worse extent than any black-owned business. 

DJT is an equal opportunity enforcer.  We will report on any person who harms our quality of life regardless of race.  Don't believe it?  The numbers don't lie:

Note:  We included the recent post about the Skybox in the list of "black businesses," even though the content of the post dealt with the deceitful behavior of Dirty White Boy (as the name implies, DWB is white).

55% of our posts have dealt with white businesses, and only 13% black.  Does that clear things up for you race-pimps out there?  DJT focuses on behavior, not race.

Also, you might want to consider that there are several black-owned businesses in our community that have not been discussed here.  The reason those businesses have not been mentioned is because the owners of those businesses are responsible partners in our community and we appreciate them.

Put the tired, weak ass race card away.  It won't work here.

Benjamin Boyd's Sky Box--Locker Room Rooftop Bar

DJT has previously alleged that downtown Jackson dirtbag Benjamin "Benji" Boyd a/k/a Dirty White Boy, has been operating an illegal rooftop bar at the Millsaps Building, commonly referred to as the Skybox.  We also speculated that Boyd was running this unlicensed shit hole in conjunction with the thugged-out Locker Room bar.

Whenever Boyd has been confronted with these allegations, he has stated that his little deck was being used to entertain "business associates."  When that did not pass the smell of body odor test, Boyd changed his story and claimed that he was actually using the rooftop as a dance studio.  DWB put a lot of thought into this cover story, going so far as to create a Facebook page for his harmless endeavors.

This studio fits in perfectly with the downtown area.  After all, what could be more culturally-rich than a place to take ballroom dance lessons from an accomplished ballroom dancer the caliber of Benjamin Boyd?

Unfortunately for downtown residents, it's complete and utter bullshit.  Despite lie after lie from Benjamin Boyd, here's a little invite to a party that we found on the Skybox's Facebook page:

When we saw this, we thought perhaps someone might be playing a little trick on Benji Boyd.  Surely he and his compatriots were not stupid enough to put this on the Internet after months of bullshitting the City.  We were wrong.  They are just that stupid.  Check out the party pics we found:

Today DJT recognizes Anthony Demon Jones.  Mr. Jones was recently approved for a likely full-ride, lifetime scholarship to Thug University.  The scholarship, sponsored by Hinds County District Attorney Robert S. Smith's Special Habitual Intervention Team (S.H.I.T.) program, offers a full-range of services for individuals who require State assistance in their daily lives.

DA Smith stated that Mr. Jones' selection shows that persistence pays off.  "Mr. Jones submitted 18 applications to previous administrations, but was rejected each time," Smith said.  To make sure he got approved this time, Jones submitted two applications to the S.H.I.T. program.  Before the DA's office could process the first application, Jones applied again.  That's unusual, according to Smith, "We have lots of applicants, but most only apply once."  This determination caught the attention of the DA's office.  "With determination like that, Anthony Demon Jones is just the type of candidate we want in the S.H.I.T. program."

Couldn't have said it any better ourselves, Mr. Smith.

Dirty White Boy at it again

DJT has learned that Benjamin "Benji" Boyd, aka Dirty White Boy, had another barn-burning hell raiser recently.

DWB was allegedly minding his own business on his Millsaps Building rooftop party palace when evildoers attempted to interfere with his use of the property. By "minding his own business," we mean that he was blasting his shitty music so loud at 3am that it could be heard inside nearby residences. It seems DWB didn't learn anything from his last trip to jail for disorderly conduct, except maybe how to keep the police off the roof.

Officers from JPD tried to access DWB's rooftop compound but were unable to gain access. Yes, you read that correctly. Dirty White Boy has secured his apartment so that police officers cannot access it.

As previously reported, DWB rents his Millsaps party hole from Jackson vascular surgeon Dr. Raju and property manager Henry Michel of the J. Walter Michel Agency.

DJT is still investigating this incident and will report details as they emerge. In the meantime, ponder this:

1. Why have Dr. Raju and Henry Michel allowed Dirty White Boy to occupy the rooftop in such a way that it cannot be accessed by JPD?

2. Do Dr. Raju and Henry Michel have so little regard for police officers trying to do their job that they allow this secure fortress at The Millsaps Building?

3. Why are Dr. Raju and Henry Michel renting to this wild animal who cannot self-regulate his behavior to civilized standards?

As we said before, Dr. Raju and Henry Michel are the best friends a dirtbag could have.
