The only way this gets to go on is if somebody at JPD is getting paid and its not a patrol officer. For this stuff to go on somebody in the command staff, supervisor etc has to be getting paid. If not they would do something.

True "investigative" reporting is reporting what people "don't" know, like who is actually pulling the strings. Do you really think all the people that live and work downtown are just making these things up? Have you 1 minute of Recon time on this outside of sitting at your desk doing google searches?
