Actually, 1:25, 2) Irrelevant to the subject of whether these types of businesses are a productive addition to the community. Attacks on the messenger changing the subject fools no one. 3) Irrelevant. 5) You offer no such proof. Claims of proof do not proof make. In fact, photos and facebook pages "prove" otherwise. 6) Business suits do not mean someone is not a thug, just as race is not determinative. 7) I had guests (in their young 30s and from New Orleans) who stayed at the King Ed this past weekend and were told by staff specifically to stay away from the Locker Room. They were told 119 would be a "safer" option.
After our exhaustive 27-minute investigation infiltrated and shut down their digital drive-by this afternoon, they all disappeared.
Be on the lookout for more information. The DJT Counter-Proliferation Response Team is handling the case. We've code-named the operation Ass-Boogii. Details to follow.
This kind of reminds me of the people that move to the county to enjoy the great outdoors then cry and bitch when they find a snake in their backyard. PEOPLE if you don't want to live with a bunch of lowlifes, don't move in with them. Lowlifes have to live and congregate somewhere and they have staked out downtown Jackson. Seems like a good place for them and most people avoid that area.
@6:37 As a resident of downtown for over 3 years (and friend / acquaintance of many that have lived here much longer) let me respectfully state, "We were here first". I have personally been involved (in my spare time when my professional career allows it) in helping dozens of businesses thrive downtown and welcome new residents and businesses as have many others in this community have done. I have witnessed more of a sense of community in downtown Jackson than anywhere else I've lived in the world and around this country of ours. We are not going to fall victim to those who would threaten it's success. I applaud the efforts of this blog, although not always in agreement with some of the hyperbole (to each his own). I would encourage yourself and others to support what many are trying to accomplish in revitalizing our capitol and come on down and support those businesses that strive to cultivate a positive community.
Jackson is a dump for investment. Until the leadership changes the mentality of expectation for personal gain, it is a lost cause. Wait until the last person who is going to turn out the lights says, "Oh Shit, they were right."
Fuck you.
ReplyDeleteStay classy 9:33 ;-)
ReplyDeleteHey, hombre que Sean dinero!
